How TykVen works?
Each TykVen assignment goes through five steps to ensure that jobs and technicians are easily visible, accessible, monitored, and tracked:
Assignment
Service Request gets assigned to the technicians.
Acceptance
Technicians have the option to either accept or reject the assigned task.
Visit
